SIDE LUG MOUNTS

The ITT Side Lug mount cylinder provides a fairly stiff mount. This type of cylinder can tolerate a small amount of misalignment when the cylinder is at full stroke, but as the piston moves toward the blind end, the tolerance for misalignment decreases. It is important to note that if the ITT Side Lug mount cylinder is used properly the mounting bolts are either in shear or tension without any stress.
